Transitioning The Autism Spectrum: Diagnosis & Beyond Conference & Resource Fair

This is a free (first 75 registered attendees) Autism Awareness Conference that focuses on simplifying transition processes throughout the life of those on the Autism Spectrum. The conference will address how all the F.A.C.E.S. (Families & Friends, Advocates, Community Leaders, Educators and those Sharing Love) of autism can work together through life's transitions. In addition, there will a special Q & A panel discussion (w/ each of the F.A.C.E.S. of autism represented), resource fair and Spectrum Stores (businesses run by autism owners).
