Mr. Adam is a licensed professional engineer and registered professional land surveyor and has been involved in the municipal engineering field for over 35 years. Experience in the design of a water distribution and supply systems, wastewater collection and treatment facilities, commercial and residential developments and recreational facilities. In addition, has worked many years in the fields of land surveying field and utility operations. Client experience primarily with cities, water authorities and municipal utility districts as well as commercial and residential developers. He joined Bleyl Engineering in 2014 and currently manages the Houston Regional Office as a Senior Director.
